Practicing outdoors activities, especially in the natural and wild environment of a white water river conveys very strong values, creates a special relationship with nature, thus enhancing self-develoment.
Our guides will create a friendly atmosphere by combining maximum security and enjoyment, and will convey such values as:

The white water sport are enjoyable acivities which don’t need you to be experimented, apart from being a fair swimmer : Being able to swimm 25 meters and to immerse ;a swimming attestation is mandatory.
All our guides have a state qualification as sports instructors.
